The LS Toolkit Alerts SMS program is operated by Rizolvr, LLC (doing business as LS Toolkit), a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy describes how we handle information specifically in connection with our SMS program. Our general Privacy Policy also applies.
We use this information solely to send the transactional account and service text notifications you requested, and to honor your opt-in and opt-out preferences. We do not use it for marketing or promotional messaging.
Mobile information and opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All collected mobile data will only be used to send the transactional messages requested by the subscriber.
We use Twilio, a third-party communications provider, to deliver text messages on our behalf. Twilio processes your mobile number solely to transmit these messages and is bound by its own privacy policy.
We retain your mobile number and consent records for as long as you remain opted in and as needed to comply with legal, regulatory, and carrier record-keeping obligations, after which the information is deleted or anonymized.
You may access, correct, or delete your mobile information, and you may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us. To exercise these rights, email support@lstoolkit.com or call (480) 702-1995.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
This program is intended for business subscribers and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect mobile information from children.
